How true to reality are the photos?
We shoot the photos in our own studio and edit them on a calibrated system. Unfortunately there is no way for us to calibrate the screen you are using right now. Therefore we give a precise description of color, size, and materials in the product specification.
What do I do, if the item I bought is different from what I expected and I want to send it back?
If the piece of jewellery does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within two weeks of receipt (except for custom-made items). You will find the exact conditions for this in our cancellation policy.
What are my payment options?
Payment is made exclusively by advance payment and is due upon conclusion of the contract.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the value of the jewelry and can be found in the respective product description.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery times can be taken from the respective product description.
How do I care for my new jewelry?
No matter whether silver, gold or platinum, every precious metal, no matter how valuable, reacts to external influences. Sweat, chlorine or salt water, as well as the chemicals contained in cleaning agents and detergents can attack your jewelry and change it permanently. In order to avoid damage, you should therefore refrain from wearing your jewelry while doing sports, showering and bathing, in the sauna or while doing house and garden work.
